DISCOVER
Why do you need a website?

These are important questions to ask before we book your project. If we aren’t the right fit, I will 100% let you know and direct you to someone who will be more aligned with you.
GATHER
This is the stage where we do the heavy lifting. I am not going to lie, you need to give me lots of info in this page. We will set aside time to get that done. This step is key to a successful website.
BUILD & TWEAK
This is my part! I now take all of the amazing info you have provided me along with some industry research and assemble it all together like a master lego builder to create your unique website that is functional and beautiful. We do 2 rounds of editing to get it just right.
OFFBOARD & LEARN
Once we are good to go, site is connected and ready to go, you’ll be given full access and control of your site. All digital files will be sent. A full recording tutorial will also be send for how to use your site. And last! Launch graphics to share with your audience.
At this time, Three Crowns Studio only takes on one client at a time for Websites. We like to deep dive and dedicate our time to one client at a time to efficiently design, execute and deliver sites.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
+ WHY SQUARESPACE?
I build all of my client’s sites exclusively in Squarespace. It is my fave platform because it is versatile, user friendly and has wonderful support after offboarding. It is also an ever expanding platform which means year after year it gets bigger and better.
+ WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FROM THE CLIENT?
I love this question and mention it many points during our discovery sessions so that I can emphasize it. This is not a completely hands off experience from a client perspective. I will need some information from you (logins, password, intake docs, content forms etc). Please set some time aside for that during your website slot timeframe. If you are eager to get it done ahead, that is even better. That way we can spend more time planning and strategizing your site.
+ DO I HAVE TO DO ANY WRITING?
I have a education in english and creative writing but writing complete content for your site is not included. I focus on the visual side for our project. I do provide a content prompt document so you have a jumping off point for your content. I may take some liberties and write a tag line or two for you while I build which you are welcome to use or not. If you would rather not do any writing for your site at all, I partner with an experienced copywriter who can do that all (prior to site build time).
+ DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH ALL OF THE IMAGES?
While I always tout the benefits of a branding shoot and having high quality images on your site to boost professionalism, it isn't always in the budget and is not required. We can use stock images or images you already have for your site. I am happy to give DIY tips.
+ I DON'T HAVE A LOGO WILL YOU DESIGN ONE?
I can! This would be seperate from your website package and will need to be done prior to your website slot. See our brand identity packages (currently only offered to website clients due to volume).
+ HOW MANY EDITS DO I GET IN THE PACKAGE?
2 formal rounds of editing are included in the site packages. I typically find that two detailed, well thought out editing rounds are right for 99% of the sites I build. They also keep us on budget. If you feel like you aren't quite ready and need additional edits they are billed hourly after the final invoice.
+ WHAT IS THE PAYMENT STRUCTURE?
50% deposit is required to secure your website spot and dates. We only take on one website client at a time so that assigned spot is yours once paid for. 50% is then required once the website is built and before handoff to the client. If you need to go further past our finish date it will be hourly.
+ DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
Yes, after the 50% deposit I do offer payment plans of 3 or 6 months to be withdrawn on the 1st of the month via a credit card. *Note you will not have access to edit or ownership of your site and domain until you have fully paid.
+ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BUILD?
Your site will be transferred to you as the owner and off you go. I can stay on as a contributor in case anything comes up that you need me to log in for. Completely up to you! I can also be here for more pages in the future.
+ DO YOU TEACH ME HOW TO USE MY SITE?
Yes! I will record a full instructional recording video of how to you your unique site. That way you can refer back to it later or hand it off to anyone else who is helping you use your site.
